目的评价参莲提取物的抗炎作用。方法采用巴豆油诱导小鼠急性耳肿胀模型、大鼠慢性肉芽肿模型、脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导小鼠急性肺炎性损伤模型、家兔内皮剥脱复合高脂诱导动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)早期炎症损伤模型等,对中药复方制剂参莲提取物进行抗炎药理作用评价。结果参莲提取物可抑制大鼠肉芽肿生成,降低家兔AS早期炎症反应,对小鼠急性肺炎症损伤反应有一定的抑制作用,对巴豆油诱导小鼠急性耳肿胀无明显治疗作用。结论参莲提取物具有明显的抗炎作用,对慢性、亚急性炎症的治疗作用优于急性炎症。
Objective To evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect of Shen-Lin extract. Methods The model of acute ear swelling induced by croton oil in mice was established. The model of chronic granulomatous rat was induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS), the model of acute lung injury induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in mice and atherosclerosis AS) early inflammatory injury model, the Chinese medicine compound lotus root extract anti-inflammatory pharmacological evaluation. Results Senate lotus extract can inhibit the formation of granuloma in rats, reduce AS early inflammatory response in rabbits, acute lung injury in mice have some inhibitory effect on croton oil-induced acute ear swelling in mice no significant effect. Conclusion Shen lotus extract has obvious anti-inflammatory effect, which is superior to acute inflammation in treating chronic and sub-acute inflammation.
