  Lithium could be released to environmental ecosystemt with the widely application on material.Bacillus Thuringiensis (BT) was biological indicators of soil environmental ecosystemt.Environmental effects of lithium to BT was studied using microcalorimetry and SEM.The microcalorimetric resultst showed the growth metabolic power-time curve of BT were divided into the bacterial growth phase and sporulation process.Lithium revealed no obvious effect to the bacterial growth phase of BT in the concentration of our investigation.Low concentration of lithium stimulate the process of BT spores and high concentration of lithium inhibited.Moderate concentration of lithium contributed to BT spores formation and release in advance.The above microcalorimetric results were validated by SEM and repeated microcalorimetric experiment.Present results might bring related information for BT spores biological engineering transformation.
