Aim: Ardisia crispa has been traditionally used to treat inflammation-related diseases.In this study, chemopreventive effect of its triterpene-and quinonerich fraction (TQRF) was investigated.Methods: Mice (groupⅠ-Ⅳ; n=10) were initiated with single dose of 7,12-dimethylbenz(α)anthracene (DMBA, 100 μg/100 μL) followed by repeated promotion of croton oil (1％) twice weekly (20 weeks).
