目前对生物大分子的定量研究主要采用“绝对定量”和“相对定量”的方式。但是,由于研究对象—生物体的多样性、动态性和复杂性,导致了以往研究所采用的定量体系已经不能满足于大数据时代分子生物学研究的需要。对于原始数据的产出,分子生物学研究亟需在方法学上建立新的理论体系,新的生物大分子定量规范和新的生物样本定量规范需要重新建立。在新的生物定量模式下开展定量分子生物学研究将是分子生物学的发展趋势。
