二噁英全称分别是多氯二苯并-对-二噁英(polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxin, PCDDs)和多氯二苯并呋喃(polychlorinated dibenzofuran,PCDFs),难溶于水,易溶解于脂类中,且具有致癌,致畸形和致基因突变的毒性作用,受到各国政府和公众的高度关注,同时也被列入《关于持久性有机污染物的斯德哥尔摩公约》需优先控制的持久性有机污染物之一.
