汉特威生态试剂在甲鱼养殖池塘中的应用效果研究

  为了解甲鱼池塘在使用汉特威生态试剂后,其水体的溶氧及其他水质指标的变化规律,为在生产中正确使用和最大程度利用生态试剂提供科学依据.研究结果表明:施用汉特威生态试剂对水化因子有很大影响,使池塘D0升高,氨氮,亚硝酸盐降低,pH值变化平稳;1次施用的效果持续时间约为15 d.在池塘中施用这种汉特威生态试剂可达到改良水质的目的.

为明确我国主要鲤科经济鱼类的品质特性,对鲤科经济鱼类的增养殖利用提供参考,本文通过肌肉生物化学成分分析和TMS-PRO物性分析测试等方法对采自大连碧流河水库的草鱼、鲢、鳙、鲤、鲫、团头鲂等六种增养殖规模最大的鲤科鱼类的生化指标(水分、灰分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪)和质构特性(硬度、黏附性、内聚性、弹性、胶黏性、咀嚼性)进行了比较分析.结果显示,六种鲤科鱼类在生化指标方面差异不显著,在肌肉质构指标方面存在显
