We selected NF1 strain from a great number of mushroom strains.The NF1 strain was fermented in the deep liguid layer and the NF1 polysaccharide was obtained through separative steps and purification steps then we obtain sulfated NF1 polysaccharide through structural transformation.The technology of producing sulfated NF1 polysaccharide is quite simple,steady and low costing.A batch of this product can be obtained every five days.The production can be organized on a large scale.
