  The as-cast La0.8-xYxMg0.2Ni3.35Al0.15(x = 0~0.4) alloy are prepared by vacuum intermediate frequency induction furnace and the influence of element substitution (that is substituting Y for La) on the microstructure and electrochemical properties of the alloy is investigated.
