　　Vegetables detection of imidacloprid residue was studied by the two methods of colloidal gold strip and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).The test was carried out at Beijing Miyun vegetables center.The Samples were tested by colloidal gold strip immediately or 10 days after spraying.And the same sample was compared with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry at Beijing Enter-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.The imidacloprid colloidal gold strip set Cutoff for 1mg/kg.If the residue in the specimen below the value of Cutoff for the negative will appear two red line; otherwise above the value of Cutoff,the strip will appear one red line for the positive result.
