Auxin plays crucial roles in many aspects of plant development, while the regulation of auxin biosynthesis is still poorly understood.To study the possible regulatory network of auxin biosynthesis, we performed a co-expression analysis using genes from IAA metabolic pathway.Of the 21 genes involved in auxin metabolism, 12 genes highly correlated with auxin biosynthesis are selected as "guide genes".
