Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) can be decomposed directly by plasma processing,the formation of byproducts such as O3,NOx and aerosol,however,are unavoidable.Two idea methods for plasma VOCs treatment are 1) to convert VOCs to H2O,CO2 and/or other inorganic compound and 2) to convert VOCs to aerosols and/or solid that can be collected by using a precipitator.
