运用MIPO技术加锁定钢板固定治疗胫腓骨粉碎骨折

【摘要】

：

胫腓骨骨折为临床最常见的骨折之一,MIPO技术加锁定钢板固定治疗此类骨折,固定可靠,符合生物学固定原则。本文介绍了自2007-2010年,本院收治胫腓骨粉碎骨折患者22例,运用MIPO技术加锁定钢板固定治疗,均获得满意治疗效果。并指出了使用MIPO技术加锁定钢板时存在问题和应注意的事项。
