　　The complicated pathogenesis plays a key role in the sustained growth of solid tumor.Conventional single therapeutic agents show low selectivity towards a specific target, and display serious side effects as well as tumor cell resistance.Therefore, the combination therapy of multiple drugs with different action sites may open a window for enhanced therapeutic efficacy.
