Erythrocytes from S180 mice were analyzed by high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE) to explore the effects of polysaccharides from Sargassum fusiforme (SFPS) on erythrocytes electrophoresis mobility of tumor organism. There were five groups in the experiments: normal control group (physiological saline),negative control group (physiological saline), SFPS group (10mg/kg), SFPS group (20mg/kg) and SFPS group(40mg/kg).On the basis of S180 mice model, i.p.injection with SFPS for 7 d, preparing red cell suspension, detecting migration mobility by HPCE.The experimental conditions were: capillary specifications,75μm × 50cm; phosphate buffer solution with HPMC (0.1 mol/L, pH 7.4); sampling pressure, 3.448 kPa, sampling time:10 s; separation voltage: 20 kV; separation temperature: 25 ℃.
