Aim: To learn about the local diseases constitution and provide baseline data for further study.Methods: Elderly (≥60 years old) inpatients records in the Xuanwu Hospital in 2011 were collected.All the discharge diagnosis were standardized according to the International Classification of Disease, 10th Edition.Data including general information of the inpatients and discharge diagnosis were analyzed by Microsoft Excel 2003.
