Aim: Depression-like sleep disorders are not only seen in depression patients, but also in those who underwent stress, exogenous administration of glucocorticoids or other diseases with elevated circulation glucocorticoids.In order to find potential treatments, the mechanisms of corticosterone (CORT) induced sleep disorders were investigated.
