Purpose Toevaluatenon-contrastenhancedMRangiographyusingspatiallabelingwithmultipleinversionpulsesvisualizationofthetransplantrenalartery,andexploretheoptimizationofBSPTI.Materials and Methods 75volunteerswithrenaltransplantationwereexaminedunderdifferentBSPTI(500,800,1100,1400ms)bya1.5-TMRIscanner,andthevessel-to-renalparenchymacontrastratioofthetransplantrenalarteriesweremeasured.Results Non-contrast-enhancedMRAimagesoftransplantrenalarterieswereobtainedsuccessfullyinall75patients.ThesignalintensityoftransplantrenalarterialbranchesgraduallyincreasedwhenBSPTIincreasedfrom500msto1400ms,andthehighestvessel-to-renalparenchymacontrastratiooccurredwhenTIwas800msand1100ms.Conclusion Non-contrastenhancedMRAusingSLEEKwaspreliminarilyproventobeareliablediagnosticmethodfordepictingtheanatomyoftransplantrenalvascular.Non-contrastenhancedMRangiographyofthetransplantrenalarterycanbesuccessfullyachievedat1.5ThighfieldMRI.FixedBSPTIof800msand1100msarepreferable.
