In this paper, visual agar plate assay and tip culture assay were used to screen the antagonistic bacterial strains isolated from geocaposphere soils and groundnut seeds against Aspergillus parasiticus NA mutant and Fusarium graminearum.Groundnut kernel assay and winter wheat grain assay were further used to evaluate the effects of the bioactive metabolites/compounds on aflatoxin production and deoxynivalenol production.
