纤维素和淀粉类手性固定相(chiral stationary phase,CSP)是目前应用最广泛的多糖类CSP1,2.壳聚糖是甲壳素脱乙酰后的产物,有着与纤维素类似的高级结构.目前,关于壳聚糖类CSP 的研究鲜有报道,并且,研究工作中大都使用部分脱乙酰的壳聚糖.壳聚糖衍生物对有机溶剂有很好的耐受性,这一特点可以弥补淀粉和纤维素类CSP 对有机溶剂耐受性差的缺陷3.本文以超高脱乙酰度(98%以上)壳聚糖为手性原料,设计并制备了新的壳聚糖衍生物CSP,通过比较结构不同的壳聚糖衍生物的分离性能及其对有机溶剂的耐受性,揭示了壳聚糖衍生物的结构与其手性识别、分离以及对有机溶剂耐受性的关系.
