先天性脑膜膨出于鼻中隔,探讨筛骨垂直板及唇腭的发育

【摘要】

：

目的：报告1例特殊的先天性脑膜膨出合并脑脊液鼻漏的病例，分析探讨筛骨垂直板及唇腭发育的关系。方法：介绍1例罕见的鼻中隔内脑膜膨出，回顾脑膜膨出的类型及筛骨垂直板及唇腭的发育过程，讨论其可能发病机制，总结该病诊断及治疗的方法。结果：发现脑膜膨出可通过未完全闭合的筛骨垂直板发生于鼻中隔内并导致鼻中隔囊性肿物破裂后出现脑脊液鼻漏极易误诊，回顾性分析发现患者同时伴有先天性唇腭裂术后恢复不佳。
