　　Sugarcane mosaic disease (SMD) is one of the important sugarcane diseases.In this work, we investigated 78 SMD isolates from 44 sugarcane hybrids with mosaic virus symptoms collected from Southern China (including four provinces: Guangxi, Yunnan, Hainan, Guangdong and covering 85% sugarcane planting zone in China).
