The aetiology and precise biological mechanisms that underlie movement disorders are still poorly understood.Rodents and non-human primates are the main animal models of these diseases such as Huntingtons,Parkinsons and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis.However,walking task on rodents is not exact enough to be a prophase testing means of movement disorders.
