G-quadruplexes are unique secondary structure exist in various non-coding region of human genome and exhibit important biological roles in the regulation of gene replication, transcription, and translation.Quindoline derivatives are a modified series of derivatives from natural product cryptolepine and showed great stabilizing ability on G-quadruplex in c-myc promoter in the previous studies.
