基于GIS的辉县市气象灾害风险区划

本文利用辉县市气象灾害历史数据库,在综合考虑致灾因子、孕灾环境、承灾体等风险因子的基础下,结合GIS系统,对辉县市气象灾害进行了风险区划。结果显示,暴雨、冰雹、地质灾害发生概率山区大于平原地带,大风发生概率正好相反,平原地带大风发生概率高于丘陵山地,这就为政府防御气象灾害提供了科技支撑和理论支持。 由于受地形地貌、地层岩性、地质构造及降雨量等因素的影响,辉县市属于地质灾害的易发区,随着经济的发展,矿山开采、工程建设及地下水开采等人类活动加剧了自然灾害及次生灾害的发生,且危害程度越来越大。正确认识辉县市气象灾害的分区规划,有助于政府及相关部门做好地质灾害的防治工作,做到轻重缓急,达到合理分期、突出重点,实现其社会、经济、生态环境可持续、和谐发展。由于数据库及地理信息系统(GIS)显示比例的限制,本文未能就风险区划进行精细化分析,有待于后期进一步研究。
