In order to meet the need of improving the service management level of community medical centers,the paper proposed a novel model of customer satisfaction of medical service management and improvement for domestic community hospitals.The paper takes the market as a guide,and aims at improving patient satisfaction and alleviating doctorpatient contradictions.We studied customerssatisfaction based on considering varieties of comprehensive factors including medical effects,service attitudes,medical procedures,and medical environment of community hospitals,and then proposed the model to promote the quality and promptness of discovering internal management problems and providing medical services.
