Platelet-derived Growth Factor(PDGF)aptamer is one kind of oligonucleotide,which will specifically combine with PDGF to inhibit the growth of cancer cells.However,PDGF aptamer can be easily degraded by nuclease in biological environment,and has poor affinity to target molecule.In the current work,we tried to solve the above problems via construction of PDGF aptamer-DNA tetrahedron conjugates.Through this,the stability of PDGF aptamer elongated to 12 hours.Its cell uptake efficiency and targeting ability were also increased.Finally,it should be noted that,the cancer cell inhibition ability is proportional to the number of PDGF apatmer on a single DNA tetrahedron(from 1 to 4).
