负压封闭引流(VSD)治疗特大深度压疮的护理

目的:探讨应用负压封闭引流(VSD)治疗深度压疮的效果及护理.方法:对10例深度压疮的患者进行负压封闭引流,同时加强支持治疗及相关护理,严密观察防止并发症发生,7-10天后二期缝合或皮瓣转移.结果:10例压疮患者均愈合,大大缩短了压疮愈合时间.结论:VSD技术治疗特大深度压疮,能安全有效的封闭创面,促进压疮愈合,缩短二期创面修复时间,减少并发症,其方法简单有效,值得临床推广应用,而优秀的护理水平是保障治疗顺利及伤口愈合的重要支撑.
