Aim: To induce bone marrow tolerogenic dendritic cells (TDCs) and to investigate the mechanism by which bone marrow TDCs modulate the balance between regulatory T ceils (Tregs) and Th17 ceils in vitro.Methods: Bone marrow TDCs were identified by the expression of CD11b, F4/80, IDO, IL-10 and TGF-β.Bone marrow TDCs modulate the differentiation of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ Tregs in the coculture system were detected by CTLA-4, Foxp3 mRNA, Helios mRNA, IL-1O and TGF-β.
