Silicon photodiodes are the most widely used for accurate radiometric measurements for the spectral range from 400 nm to 1100 nm.Measurements of the absolute spectral responsivity of silicon photodiodes light-trapping detectors obtained by using either the absolute cryogenic radiometer or by using the detector spectral response were compared. The trap detector is calibrated with the cryogenic radiometer at discrete wavelengths. To establish a continuous wavelength scale,a physical model of the trap detector is fitted to the absolute calibration values. In this paper,to realize a scale of absolute spectral responsivity, using the National Physical Laboratory cryogenic radiometer,a scale of absolute spectral responsivity between 400nm to 1100nm has realized. The cryogenic radiometer achieves an uncertainty of 0.02%.InGaAs photodiode light-trapping detectors were calibrated by the cryogenic radiometer with a typical uncertainty of 0.03%at eleven laser wavelengths between 488nm and 1064nm.Using the standard facility for detector relative spectral responsivity and the special laser wavelengths responsivity, the absolute spectral responsivity scale is obtained in the spectral range from 400 nm to 1100 nm.The external quantum efficiency of the silicon trap detector is investigated. Results indicated that we have calibrated the silicon trap detectors throughout the whole spectral can response. It can be used to calibrate, reproduce and transfer radiation value in the visible and near infrared spectral rang.absolute spectral responsivity, relative spectral responsivity, absolute cryogenic radiometer, external quantum efficiency
