目的探讨白细胞介素-19(IL-19)水平在2 型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中的表达以及与血管病变的关系。方法选取T2DM 患者120 例(其中并发大血管病变32 例，微血管病变52 例，无血管病变36 例)，同期选择健康体检者50 例为对照组，分别检测研究对象中IL-19、空腹血糖(FBG)和胰岛素(FINS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平，并与对照组作比较。
