DNA barcode has been widely used for species identification and classification.Although standard barcodes for land plants were proposed, such as matK,rbcL and trnH-psbA,they generally presents inadequate resolution in lower taxonomic rank or specific taxa.Currently, the explosion of sequencing data offers abundant possibilities to uncover extra DNA barcodes, yet it was hindered by the complexity of traditional practice of screening candidate barcodes as well as the lack of automatic tools.
