Objective: The aim of this study is to provide a theoretical method on the basis of Hansen solubility parameters (HSPs) for screening drug-polymer pairs in the early stage of grafted polymeric micelles design.Methods: The compatibility of drug and polymer was evaluated by HSPs with the Flory-Huggins interaction parameter (XFH) being the evaluation criteria.
