无线光通信系统中,设计和研究调制技术是系统的关键技术之一.首先,对OOK、PPM、DPPM、DPIM 和DHPIM 调制方式的符号结构、发射功率以及传输带宽进行了研究和对比分析;其次,在理论分析的基础上,基于MATLABGUI设计实现了调制方式的分析和演示软件.理论分析表明,在时隙数和时隙宽度方面,PPM 的每符号时隙数最大,平均时隙宽度最小,DPPM 和DPIM 的时隙数和时隙宽度近似相等,DHPIM 时隙数和时隙宽度介于PPM 和DPPM 之间;在平均发射功率方面,OOK 的平均发射功率最大,PPM 的平均发射功率最小,DHPIM 比OOK 小但比DPIM 和DPPM 大,DPIM 发射功率特性略优小于DPPM;在传输带宽方面,OOK 带宽需求最小,PPM 带宽需求最大,DPIM 的带宽特性略大于DPPM,DHPIM 带宽需求大于OOK 但小于DPPM.
