目的 调查脊髓灰质炎后遗症患者中睡眠呼吸障碍的患病情况.方法 针对全国南北两个地区309名脊髓灰质炎后遗症患者进行问卷调查、便携式肺功能测量、胸部正侧位X线、血生化检查、血气检查和夜间便携式血氧饱和度仪检测.结果 入选患者309例,男202例,女107例,年龄5-68岁,平均年龄(47±7)岁.脊髓灰质炎后遗症患者中氧减饱和度指数(ODI4)≥5者111人,占(35.92％),其BMI、Epwor

目的 调查脊髓灰质炎后遗症患者中睡眠呼吸障碍的患病情况.方法 针对全国南北两个地区309名脊髓灰质炎后遗症患者进行问卷调查、便携式肺功能测量、胸部正侧位X线、血生化检查、血气检查和夜间便携式血氧饱和度仪检测.结果 入选患者309例,男202例,女107例,年龄5-68岁,平均年龄(47±7)岁.脊髓灰质炎后遗症患者中氧减饱和度指数(ODI4)≥5者111人,占(35.92％),其BMI、Epworth评分、颈围显著高于ODI4＜5者(p＜0.05).血气分析显示此类患者白天PaO2降低,PaCO2也降低.肺功能检测显示145人(46.9％)存在肺功能异常,空腹血糖高于正常值者40人(13.8％),其年龄、BMI、ODI高于血糖正常者,差异有统计学意义.结论 睡眠呼吸障碍在脊髓灰质炎后遗症患者人群中有较高的患病率,严重影响患者的生活质量.进一步进行睡眠呼吸监测并长期家庭呼吸机治疗非常必要.
