The Karyotypes of hybrid (Chinemys reevesii ♀×Ocadia sinensis ♂) and their parents were studied from kidney cell by the method of PHA and colchicine injection, and air-dry technique.The resulet showed that their chromosome formula are 2n=52, 9 + 5 + 12, arm number(NF) is 76.LDH, EST, POD and ADH of five tissues(muscle, heart, liver, spleen and kidney) of Chinemys reevesii,Ocadia sinensis and their Hybrid were detected by using vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE).
