Study Objective: Exercise prescription is to guide people to have a purpose,planned,and scientific physical exercise in an effective method.It is formed by rehabilitation physicians or exercise exercisers to engage in sports or patients.The Taijiquan movements emphasizes the coordination of limbs,cooperate closely and pay attention to breathing,ideas,which is an effective and popular means for public health or physical rehabilitation,especially among the elderly.
