本工程建筑使用功能众多,总建筑面积大约2.8万m2。由于使用功能的多样性也导致了整体性较差的问题。设计中通过加厚薄弱部位楼板并设置拉通钢筋来增强结构的平面刚度;在结构周边布置密柱框架来代替布置剪力墙;在结构梁高受限的情况下使用预应力梁;转角连接部分提高结构构件的抗震措施。通过以上的设计手段有效实现了建筑使用功能,并使结构具备较好的抗震性能。
The project uses many functions of construction, with a total construction area of about 28,000 m2. As a result of the diversity of functions, it also leads to the problem of poor integrity. In the design, the plane rigidity of the structure is increased by thickening the floor of the weakest section and setting the pull-through steel reinforcement; the frame of the thick column is arranged around the structure to replace the shear wall; the prestressed beam is used when the structure beam is highly restricted; Part of the structural components to improve the seismic measures.
