  The Al3Ti(p)/A356 submicron-composites were fabricated from Al-K2TiF6 system by sonochemistry in situ reaction.Particle size and morphologies are largely affected under high intensity ultrasonic.In this research,high-intensity ultrasonic vibration was introduced into the Al3Ti (p)/A356 composites to optimize the microstructure of the composites.
