Organic solvents were widely used for extraction of bioactive compounds from different natural plants, but they suffer from a number of drawbacks from the environmental point of view.To overcome the shortages, the ionic liquids based ultrasonic-assisted extraction was proposed as an alternative, effective and green method and successfully applied to extraction of quercitrin, myricetin and amentoflavone from C.obtuse for the first time.Simultaneously, enzyme was employed to increase the extracted amounts of flavones with cell wall degradation.By the assistant of enzyme and ionic liquid, more than 35 times extracted amounts of flavones were increased in comparison with pure water.The e ects of the ionic liquid class and concentration, liquid-solid ratio, temperature and time were investigated in this work.At the optimized ultrasonic extraction conditions, the extraction amount of flavones was satisfied compared to the conventional method.Furthermore, the extracted solution was isolated and concentrated through the solid-phase extraction with a molecularly imprinted polymer sorbent.High sensitivity and good reproducibility of flavones were achieved.The method exhibited potential applicability with other natural products.
