目的摸索出适合本地区开展无偿献血工作的意识理念和方式,争取在今后3～5年内实现用街头自愿献血的血源,为临床用血提供充足的血源保障。方法1)以街头自愿献血为主,政府督导组织献血为辅。2)加大宣传,树立安全献血的管理意识,遵循以人为本的道德理念。3)加强员工素质培训,注重细节服务。结果2012年1～6月与去年同期比较:献血总人数增加29%;献血总量增加21%;其中,街头献血人数增加18%,单位组织献血人数增加71%。
Objective To find out the conceptions and methods of voluntary blood donation work in this area and strive to realize the blood supply of voluntary blood donation in the street in the next 3 to 5 years so as to provide adequate blood supply for clinical use of blood. Methods 1) The main voluntary blood donation on the streets, supplemented by blood donations by the government supervision organization. 2) Increase publicity, establish a sense of safety and blood donation management, follow the people-oriented moral philosophy. 3) to strengthen the quality of staff training, attention to detail service. Results Compared with the same period of last year, the total number of blood donations increased by 29% and the total number of blood donations increased by 21%. Among them, the number of street blood donors increased by 18% and the number of blood donors per unit increased by 71%.
