Polymer-drug conjugates have demonstrated significant potentials for the delivery of active agents to targets with minimal burst effect during transition.In this study a new bioconjugate HA-ss-PTX was designed and synthesized with cooperative dual characteristics of active tumor targeting and selective intracellular drug release to improve the antitumor efficacy.
