为研究半硬式飞艇的变形,针对由20 m长囊体与14 m长龙骨组成的飞艇结构件,进行三点弯曲地面静力试验,分别在1 kN、2 kN、3 kN不同拉伸载荷与300 Pa、500 Pa、700 Pa、900 Pa不同囊体内压的组合工况作用下进行地面测试。由数据结果分析得到结论:变形挠度的测点应位于龙骨;载荷的增加使得飞艇变形挠度增大,囊体压强的增加使得飞艇变形挠度减小;与载荷相比而言,压强的改变对飞艇变形挠度的影响较小。
In order to study the deformation of the semi-rigid airship, a three-point bending static test of the airship structure composed of a 20-m long capsule and a 14-m long keel was carried out. Under different tensile loads of 1 kN, 2 kN and 3 kN, 300 Pa, 500 Pa, 700 Pa, 900 Pa under different combination of internal capsule pressure conditions for ground testing. From the data analysis, it is concluded that the measuring point of deformation deflection should be located in the keel; the deformation deflection of the airship increases with the increase of the load; the deformation deflection of the airship decreases as the pressure of the capsule increases; The effect of deformation deflection is small.
