Objective To study the energy intake, milk intake capacity and other food productivity of 4 ~ 12 months old infants on the basis of 0.67 <? WAZ> -0.67, and analyze the related factors. Subjects and Methods Children from November 2004 to March 2005 in Chongqing Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University clinics 132-month-old 4-month-old, regular follow-up to 12 months of age. Group A (4-5 months old), group B (6-8 months old), group C (9-12 months old). Two professionals are responsible for the physical measurement. Physical evaluation to CDC2000 as a parameter. If WAZ <-0.67, the follow-up will be terminated. Food Weighing and Food Logging Calculate daily food intake. The results showed that the infants in each group developed well in physical fitness, the average food intake of infants was 119 ~ 128g / kg.d at 0.67 <? WAZ> -0.67, and the average protein intake was 1.82g / kg.d, 2.76g / kg.d and 3.52g / kg.d respectively; the intake of milk was 93%, 64% and 56% of the total energy respectively; the average milk intake was 900-750g / d; the average energy intake was 83.9kcal / kg.d, 81.6kcal / kg.d, 85.8kcal / kg.d, close to the WHO2003 standard, lower than the recommended value of the Chinese Society of Nutrition; energy density of 0.6 ~ 0.8kcal / g. 2, Multiple linear regression analysis showed that food intake, energy density is the main factor affecting energy intake. Conclusion This group of 4 to 12-month-old infants intake of 82kcal / kg.d ~ 86kcal / kg.d normal physical development of infants; 4 to 12-month-old infant milk intake of 750 ~ 900g / d can meet Most of the baby’s energy, protein needs; food intake and energy density are the two most important factors affecting infant energy intake; infant food energy density of 0.6 ~ 0.8kcal / g is appropriate.
