　　Objective:To study diazoxide on the expression of NR1 after deep hypothermic brain ischemia/reperfusion in rats and discuss the mechanism of brain protection for diazoxide.Methods:After anaesthesia,blood flow of bilateral common carotid artery of healthy SD rats were occluded about 60 minutes when its temperature was reduced to (21 ± 1 ℃C) by ice,then normal temperature were resumed.
