平圩电厂６００ＭＷ锅炉在运行了３２０００ｈ后发生了内螺纹水冷壁管泄漏失效。管子失效主要发生在两侧墙高热负荷区。根据试验，水冷壁管失效的首要原因可能是热疲劳，但腐蚀疲劳可能也是管子失效的原因之一。
