The in vitro growth (IVG) and maturation (IVM) culture system of domestic livestoc animals oocytes have been developed.It is expected to provide a new source of a good quality of oocytes for in vitro fertilization (IVF) for embryo production and oocyte activation parthenogenitically for biological research purposes.
