Curve equations were established based on experiments to fit the survival rates of Blakeslea trispora(?),Trichoderma reesei and Streptomyces hygroscupicus var.Jingganggensis Yen.implanted by low energy N+.Survival-dose effect models were established to explain the “saddle shape” and “double saddle shape” survival rate curves of the microorganisms implanted by N+.The results showed that the GCAS function can well describe the survival-dose effect curves of the three microorganisms with correlation coefficients(R2)close to or greater than 0.95.
