Revisionary systematics is challenging, especially in large groups of organisms because it requires efficient management of various information, including, but not limited to nomenclature,bibliography, distribution, host plants, morphology, handling specimen data, manipulating drawings and photographs.In modem days, most researchers cannot do effective research without using electronic equipment: computers, scanners, digital cameras, mobile devices.But most people still do not realize that one of the most powerful tools could be database driven applications, especially those specially designed for their research needs.A cybertaxonomical approach could not only increase their productivity, but assure higher quality of their publications.Projects could be done much easier even in a collaborative multi-institution environment.
