　　This paper analyzes the Cold Vortex from June 29, 2013 to July 5 over Northeast China, found that high pressure biside the east ridge of cold vortex form blocking situation, the Cold Vortex maintains in Heilongjiang and its northward movement is caused by the combined effect of south jet stream in the east and west side.
