Aim: This current study is designed to determine the cytotoxic effects of OP46, a new ent-kaurene diterpenoid isolated from Isodonrubescens on human cancer cells and the underlying mechanisms.Methods: ～ assay and Trypan Blue exclusion method were used to evaluate the cell viability.Cell morphology, apoptosis, autophagy and cell cycle distribution were observed or analyzed by fluorescence microscopy or flow cytometry.
